These terms govern your use of Comodo RealEstate, operated by Comodo RealEstate. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the property information you publish and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorized to list any property you publish.

What the service provides

Comodo RealEstate provides property publishing, enquiry capture, and customer-management software. We are not a real-estate agency, lawyer, valuer, lender, or financial adviser. You remain responsible for professional advice, legal compliance, and decisions made from information stored or generated through the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to publish false, misleading, or unauthorized listings, or to collect visitor information for purposes other than responding to genuine enquiries. See our Acceptable Use policy for details.

Plans and billing

Plan limits and pricing are shown on the Pricing page and may change. Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance and can be cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.

Your content

You retain ownership of listing content and files you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and distribute that content as part of the service. You confirm that you have permission to use the content and personal information you provide.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and your published pages fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use policy. You may close your account at any time.
